Afterplay

Bamboo or metal balls implanted in the penis shaft of glans for increased stimulation, as of the clitoris. The practice is common in different parts of the world, especially in Indonesia. At the beginning of puberty, smaller balls may be placed in artificial openings along the penis, to be replaced by increasingly larger balls later.
