Arousability

The capacity to be sexually excited, or turned on. Erotic arousal is a prelude to sexual activity, especially intercourse, and can result from direct physical contact, as in foreplay, from self-stimulation, or from erotic fantasies and images evoked by films, dreams, dancing, and romantic situations, as well as music, perfume, or revealing clothes.

Arousal techniques: Activities that tend to be sexually stimulating. Most common are the various forms of mouth-to-mouth kissing (with or without insertion of the tongue), kissing and mouthing the genitals and other parts of the body (earlobes, neck, buttocks, inside of thighs, breasts, glans, vulva, clitoris), and tactile stimulation (fondling and caressing) of the erogenous zones, including if desired the anal orifice.
