Erection

The swelling, rigidity, and elevation of the penis, and, analogously but to a lesser extent, of the clitoris.

False erection: The normally erect position of the nipples of the female breast, as distinguished from the erection that develops in more than half of all women during the excitement phase of sexual response.

Morning erection: An erection commonly experienced by men upon awakening, usually because of the pressure of a full bladder.

Engorgement: Filling with blood to the point of congestion; especially the process in which caverns of the penis feill with blood during sexual excitement, producing an erection.
