Eunuch

A boy or man deprived of testicles, or of all the external organs of sex.

Eunuchoid: A male who resembles a eunuch in manifesting female sex characteristics, such as a high voice, and absence of facial and body hair. The condition involves impotence, and is caused by deficient production of male sex hormones.
