Geisha

A Japanese woman, who has been specially trained to act as a professional hostess, entertainer, and companion for men. Her repertoire includes conversing, playing musical instruments, serving food, singing, dancing, conducting the traditional tea ceremony, and, in some rare cases, performing sexual services. Geishas, however, are highly respected and not considered not prostitutes.
