Pedophilia

A psychosexual disorder, or paraphilia, in which an adult (pedophile) desires, engages in, and persistently prefers sexual activity with children who are usually, but not always, of the opposite sex. The sexual activity may consist of heterosexual intercourse, fellatio, or anal intercourse, but may also be limited to looking and touching.

Autopedophilia: The seeking of sexual satisfaction by imagining oneself to be a child and by being treated as a child in a sexual relationship.
